It Has To Work In The Worst Case
Hello dear friends, how are you?
I hope great. I'm super excited, because today I'm going to the lake with family and friends, and got up at 5:30AM (italian time) to be able to write this newsletter into the silence😊
I am grateful to have this little privilege and I want the time you dedicate to me to be a good investment for you, with quality content.

Let's go straight to the best of the week! 💪
Small bet: "Mystery Pianist"
The YouTube channel I am working begins to give the first signals.
At the moment I have 10 subscribers, without making any promotions.
I have given some details in this thread
And just this morning a short I made about a piano cover of "Shape of you" by Ed Sheeran exploded: > 200 views in 50 ', after publication. And it brought me 4 subscribers.
Shorts are a crazy thing on YouTube. I'll talk about it in the future.
I don't want to promote any videos, because I want to understand if in the worst scenario, that is now, there are signs of interest and traction.
I think I read a similar concept a few nights ago in the book "The Millionaire Fastlane" by MJ De Marco.
In my case, I'm talking about a worst-case scenario because I'm not taking care of the channel graphics, the copywriting, even the style of the videos is deliberately crude and raw.
It took me as little time as possible to have a video configuration not even enough, I admit it: D
If the project manages to attract subscribers in these conditions, I will start investing time and resources. Else I don't move a finger (I force myself to embrance this mindset, because I am a perfectionist).
Otherwise it was a good experience and I will have learned something.
What I did this week
I'm a nerd and I couldn't help but publish a little guide on how to convert 16: 9 videos to short format on YouTube. With a script
I asked if people prefer to start with an audience or a product: some very interesting ideas came out
New Notion Template: "Small Bets Portfolio"
Having a betting portfolio is out of my comfort zone: because I've always had the focus on one project at a time.
I admit that I was going crazy doing so many things at the same time. So I am developing a Template on Notion to manage my small bets.
It is very structured: I have defined annual, seasonal, monthly and weekly goals.
Here are some previews
Until I read this thought by Louie and Daniel Vassallo, which says that planning is overrated.
(Thanks as always for your support guys!)
And that clicked in my head.
I want to 100% embrace this philosophy.
So I'll simplify my template ...
Let's see what will come out;)
And you?
And you, dear friends, what are you going to do today? Let me know, I'm a very curious person!
