Process: Your Power, Your Control
Hi my amazing people!
Your Ago’s here. My diet is going on… I did sad things yesterday for my afternoon snack:
I forced myself to just eat a carrot and a unsweetened and decaffeinated coffee.
My wife watched me and asked:”Are you ill?”
but in the evening I didn't give up my pizza 😃
Let’s stop to talk about food, I’m on diet, please.
Let’s start!

My week
As a fulltime employee and dad, I had sooooo little time this week to make progresses.
As Always 😅 Anyway:
for CodeMentorGPT I finished to replace my private email I used for each associated service involved on the project, with a custom one.
Lesson learned: before start building a new project, remember to create a new gmail email for that one.
You’ll save ton of time once you finish to build.
Other thing: I finished analyzing the actions required for an eventual exit to a new owner.
So I started creating serious documentation for my project.
Learn the process
As you know, I joined the 1st challenge about NoCodeExitClub by Harold and Katt,
I went from idea to the produt in 6 weeks, from April 18 to May 31.
The goal is to make an exit (if you are interested to acquire CodeMentorGPT, let me know).
I was so fascinated by this new experiment that I wanted start the 2nd challenge (it started some day ago), but I didn’t join.
Because I am trying to be a finisher (I talked about that on my previous issue).
If I want to be better about building and selling, I should start small and know better the process.
I feel I learned a lot, but I need time to digest and master the information I have acquired.
So I collected every single action I did into my 2nd brain on Evernote
I turned all of these scattered notes into structured informations on Notion
And in the end I’m putting myself into the shoes of a potential buyer, to know exactly what he’s interested to.
Valuable feedbacks like this are priceless. Thank you so much Malcom
So with a buyer or not, I needed to explore all the actions required for a project I built from scratch.
Worth mentioning
I studied the workshop by Shlomo about the Niche Website Investing and I simply LOVED it.
As I explained before, I wanted to know how a buyer thinks, which metrics he/she is interested to, and where his/her eyes goes to.
I am not an investor, but the builder. And to know these informations could make your maker life easier, to go on the right direction and get a win-win for both the actors.
If you are in my same situation, don’t waste your time and get it now
Thank you for dedicating some of your time to me again today.
