My cool friends, how are you?
I’m fine! This week I started fasting for 1st time in my life: I’m skipping breakfast and having a scheme 17:7, meaning: 17h of fasting, and a window of 7h where I eat twice.
These are the results for this week:
Had a big weight loss, and the body is restoring its balance. Anyway it’s going well.
Today no carrots with coffee (you can see my previous issue ).
Oh-My-Gooooosh!!!!
Now Let-s-Staaaaaart!!!!!!

My week
I’m keeping on creating docs for CodeMentorGPT. It worths on Bubble reusable elements (e.g: Header), because I write once and use forever on next projects.
Learned lesson: Create it as soon as I finish a project, instead after 1 month. 'Cause I forget EVERYTHING!
Like Jim Morrison, my friends Fede and Malcom, lighted my fire 👇
Guys, I am grateful for your insights. This ignites the gears of my reasoning, so I decided to setting up my LifePlan.
It worked great on my previous failed piano project:
with the Life Plan I was able to plan and launch 2 infoproducts in 3 months, letting me be aligned with my long term goals.
Watch the pics from archives of PianoRebel 🤣
How to Life Planning
Well, a Life Plan is a goal setting framework, on various time-frames.
It basically is Goals for:
Life
5 years
1 year
Season (3 months)
1 month
weekly tasks
They are assumptions on the foggy long term vision, and more clear view when you move on the day to day tasks. Curious about what works for you :)
Here is a real world example I crafted yesterday.
I have the goal to do an exit this year, ok?
I already built my MVP CodeMentorGPT joining the 1st challenge on NoCodeExits Club.
My main Goals for my Summer are 2
Make the exit
To be ready to join the 3rd challeng of NoCodeExit Club
So…
I focus on this current month: July!
I focus on the goal "Make an exit", and I break it down to 5- max 10 tasks having the max impact for this goal. And I jot them down
Now I zoom in to the weeks I have for July!
I spread these 10 tasks over the July's weeks. And I can have an overview to have balanced weeks to complete them.
The result?
Now I exactly know what to do each holy week of July. And this is priceless for me!
Just trying to be more organized. Because as a fulltime dev, EVERY SECOND MATTER :)
Let me know what do you think about this framework, just replying to this email!
Worth mentioning

I think this clicked something in my head. Super suggested if you are starting now

Ago! My small bets friend! I always read your newsletter. Your life design board was really inspiring. I really should be updating the community with my progress as well.
Question, how do you draw the line between small bets and time with family?
