This week I started fasting for 1st time in my life: I’m skipping breakfast and having a scheme 17:7, meaning: 17h of fasting, and a window of 7h where I eat twice. These are the results for this week: Had a big weight loss, and the body is restoring its balance. Anyway it’s going well.
